Camilo is a premier producer of Australian extra virgin olive oil and artisan food products.
The Camilo Olive farm is located in the rolling hills of south-west Victoria.
Camilo Olives, owned and operated by the Corbet family, producing the highest quality and award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Olive Products.
The cool climate environment of the region means Camilo olives enjoy maximum sunshine and a prolonged ripening period, producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oils.
The first olive trees were planted in 2002 on the flat plains of Camilo between the reserve and the river valley. The grove quickly expanded to 12 hectares of Taggiasca, Koroneiki, Pendolino, Kalamata and Corregiola trees. The location provides a great climate, position and soil for growing premium quality olives.
Since its first planting of olives, Camilo’s product line has expanded beyond extra virgin olive oil to include award-winning infused oils, table olives, olive preserves and olive seasoning salts.
Year after year, Camilo’s olive oils and artisan products consistently win awards in national and international competitions. Camilo’s products can be found in specialty retail stores and fine restaurants in Australia, Japan, Canada, and more recently Malaysia.
